Hi, My name is Tracey Watts Cirino and I'm the author of Beyond Common
‘12 Essentials for Success in Life and in the Workplace” and I’m the founder of Lavish Color Salon Inc.
I have the honor and privilege of working with business owners every day and I help business professionals get clear on their “wow factor!” This helps business owners create the systems necessary to drive profitability and today we're going to dive into some things that you may or may not know about reading.

It is because reading will always help us clarify and define the wow factor in your business. It helps leaders stay informed and educated on varies topics related to their success in life and in their business.
Reading helps us to clearly define and structure our goals. This allows successful leaders, just like you, to stay on track and get our companies to be and stay profitable. So anything that leads us to the path of profitability is going to be something great to do consistently. When it comes to reading, I believe it helps us to learn new ways to do business, to get creative with new ways to serve our customers. Reading helps us to discover and set up our personal and professional best practice systems. Reading can also help us do just about a million other things. The one thing I have observed most often in all the best leaders is that they read because they understand that knowledge is the key to success and reading books provides a great source of knowledge. People don’t read one book and become motivated for life. Successful people know that developing a habit of reading will keep them motivated and curious to constantly be learning and developing the skills necessary to stay successful in their area of expertise.
