What it really takes to be successful and how to avoid costly mistakes
I used to wonder what it really takes to be successful all the time, I mean, I wondered it so much, I did all the research, took all the classes, I did everything you could possibly think of to find out the answers to what it truly takes to become really successful.
I started asking all the most successful people I knew and reached out to people I needed to know so that I could get close enough to them to find out what the answers were to achieve success both in life and in the workplace.
And what I discovered is there's actually 12 simple essentials that are required to achieve success on your terms!
My name is Tracey Watts Cirino and I'm the author of Beyond Common 12 Essentials for Success in Life and in the Workplace, and I'm the founder of Lavish Color Salon. I wrote Beyond Common to help business owners and leaders get really, clear and honest with themselves about what it really takes to be successful so that both the young professionals on their teams and the business leaders could get on the same page when it comes to personal and professional development.
During my research, I found out that most people really, really want to be successful! They just have no real path or a clear plan to what that success looks like. So what happens is they waste so much time, money and energy doing all the wrong things instead of the things that actually truly lead to success.
Have you ever done that? I am so guilty of this! I did so much spinning and running after all the wrong things, and it led me down many of the wrong paths. Wasting my precious time and valuable resources. Then I started to discover the answers to what actually works to make you successful!
So I wanted to create a guidebook and essential learning tool. It had to be something that told you the truth, that wouldn't lie to you, or waste your time and energy, and that wouldn't allow you to lie to yourself about what it really, truly takes to be successful.
That is why I wrote Beyond Common so I could help as many people as possible. I have a mission of wanting to help a million business owners, leaders, and young professionals achieve the type of success in their life and in the workplace that they've always dreamt of achieving. That is why sharing this information with you is so important to me.
I'm on a journey, a mission, a quest, whatever you want to call it, to help as many people as possible, because I am so passionate about helping you go further and achieve more success with less of the time wasting activities that kind of rob us of our joy and passion for what we're trying to achieve.
During all of my research and developing more success habits, I discovered that both the business owner and their teams are always trying to achieve their version of success, and knowing the 12 essentials really helps everybody involved be much less stressed out and frustrated. It really helps everyone get on the same page.
Because people were not getting the results they wanted or needed without these 12 essentials.
To truly feel and achieve success, you need to know the 12 essentials so that you can focus your time, money, energy, and resources on things that will actually help you achieve these results.
